Launching Dog Man Attack of the Fleas Board Game.

Based on the bestselling book series by Dav Pilkey, author of Captain Underpants, Dog Man Attack of the Fleas is a cooperative board game in which players, the ‘Supa Buddies’, are working together to save the city from the Fleas – the ‘Fuzzy Little Evil Animal Squad’.

To win, players work together to defeat the Fleas and their Robo-Brontosaurus, and then move every player safely back to Dog Man’s house within three turns. To start, each player selects a favourite Supa Buddy and places their character on the corresponding spot on the game board. On a turn, a player can either spin the spinner or use a token that they have collected.

There are four different types of tokens that players can collect from around the game board.

  1. Shrink Ray – This token can be used by players when they land on the Robo-Brontosaurus’ space. It entitles them to remove a piece from the Robo-Brontosaurus. The Shrink Ray can also be used with the Chopper token or Invisible Spray on the same turn to move more quickly towards Robo-Brontosaurus.
  2. Chopper – Players can use this token to move anywhere on the board!
  3. Invisible Spray – This token allows players to move up to double the number of spaces on the spinner. For example: if a player spins a 3, that player can move either 3, 4, 5, or 6 spaces forward.
  4. Robo-Brontosaurus Spin & Move Back – This token allows the player to spin the spinner and move the Robo-Brontosaurus back that many spaces.

The object of the game is to destroy the Robo-Brontosaurus before it reaches the end! To learn more, check out Anneka’s in depth video: How To Play: Dog Man Attack of the Fleas Board Game on UG Studios YouTube Channel.

Dog Man continues to be a #1 New York Times bestselling book. Translated into more than 35 languages, there are now more than 26 million Dog Man books in print worldwide.

We can’t wait to see this bestselling children’s book turn into a top selling board game in 2020!
